"Usually fine, but the pumps can be weird"
I go to this Sheetz often, mostly because the gas prices seem decent enough. Most of the time it’s fine, but lately I’ve pulled up to a couple pumps that were either out of service or just pumping really slow. It’s not a huge deal, and I still stop there, so I guess it doesn’t bother me that much, but it also kind of does when I’m in a hurry. Overall it’s okay, just a little hit or miss depending on the day

I used the Sheetz kiosk to order my food, i’m glad I went that route instead of waiting around. It was quick, the menu was simple to figure out, and I didn’t feel like I was tapping through a bunch of confusing screens. Checkout went through without any issues too. I know some people prefer ordering at the counter, but this was just easier for me and worked exactly how I needed it to

"I like Sheetz overall, but the hours online..."
I like Sheetz overall, but the hours online are kind of unreliable. A couple times it said they were open, so I went out of my way only to find the doors locked or barely anything available. I even tried calling once and got transferred around instead of getting a clear answer, which was frustrating. It’s not the end of the world, but I really wish they’d keep the hours updated better.

"Something Weird Going On With Those Floors"
I’m not saying there’s a whole cover-up happening, but the floors were so sticky and dirty it felt intentional. Like someone decided mopping was a myth and everyone just agreed to keep quiet about it. I was just trying to walk around without my shoes making that awful peeling sound off the floor

"Surprisingly easy to get in and out"
I stopped by sheetz when it was busy, and I was expecting the parking lot to be a headache.

Once I pulled in, I was relieved to see there was still plenty of room to move around, park, and get back out without feeling boxed in. The flow of traffic actually made sense too, which made it way less stressful.

It’s such a small thing, but it really does make a difference when a gas station lot isn’t chaotic. Easy stop, no hassle, 5 stars from me.

"Always a Reliable Stop"
Sheetz is usually a solid place for me to stop. The food prices aren’t bad, the gas is decent, and the app deals help more than you’d think. It’s not like you’re getting nothing for your money, so I usually feel like it’s worth it.

"Not as good as it used to be"
I used to really like this app, but lately it just feels kind of disappointing. The rewards seem cheap now. And the points take forever to build up. Not really worth the effort anymore.

I went in feeling good and figured I’d treat my truck to a quick wash, but it was disappointing. After paying, there was still dirt on the doors and the back window, and the dryer barely seemed to do anything. I left annoyed and feeling like I should’ve just saved my money

Stopped by Sheetz to grab a quick order and it took forever. The food line didn’t even look that busy, but my stuff was just sitting there waiting. This ain’t the first time it’s happened either. They really need to get a little faster.

"Love Sheetz, Fighting the App"
I like Sheetz a lot, but the app definitely tests my patience sometimes. It randomly logs me out, pages take their sweet time loading, and finding coupons or ordering food feels like a tiny scavenger hunt for no good reason. It’s not awful, but wow, it would be nice if it worked a little smoother. Crazy idea, I know.

I used to stop at Sheetz often, but lately the gas prices seem higher than other stations nearby almost every time I check. Even using the app doesn’t really make it feel like I’m saving much anymore. I know prices change, but it’s frustrating to pull in and then see cheaper gas just down the road. it just leaves me feeling disappointed and less likely to stop there now.

"Pretty solid for quick pickup"
I use Sheetz pickup a good bit, and it’s been dependable. The food’s usually ready when the app says it will be, maybe a couple minutes late here and there, but nothing worth getting worked up about. It just makes stopping in and grabbing something quick a lot easier.

"Clean Enough Where It Counts"
Stopped at Sheetz and used the restroom, it was clean. The sinks and stalls were in good shape, just a little paper on the floor. It wasn’t spotless, but for a gas station restroom, that’s about as much as you can reasonably hope for. Definitely better than most I’ve been in.

"Checkout Just Felt More Frustrating Than It Should"
I had a annoying time checking out. My cart was taking forever to load, and when I got to the payment page, it just didn’t feel very clear or reassuring. Then it timed out and made me put my info in again, which had me close to giving up. It did finally go through, but my gut feeling is the whole online checkout process needs some serious smoothing out. I like sheetz overall, but this part was a hassle.

I love that I can switch up my sandwich however I want and don’t have to order it the same way every time. Sometimes the choices can feel like a lot, but that’s more of a good problem to have.

"Menu feels Kind of all over the place"
Sheetz is alright when I’m just trying to grab something fast, but the menu isn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. It feels like a lot of fried stuff and sandwiches that are basically the same thing with different toppings. After going a few times, it all starts to blend together. I wish they had more simple, lighter meal options instead of just throwing random Extras on everything

Definitely saves a few minutes of frustration when the store is packed.
